Chinese New Year Cooking

To celebrate the Chinese New Year, Mrs Lau very kindly offered to show us how to cook egg fried rice. We all watched as she mixed in the ingredients and told us what rice, egg and oil are in Mandarin. We shared out the egg fried rice between both classes and ate it all. It was delicious! Next we tried spring rolls and prawn crackers, these were equally as nice. At the end of the day Mrs Lau gave us each a fortune cookie to take home.
